Ben Humberstone.​  - HEAD CHEF

 

Bens love of food and wine has been nurtured through family from a young age. He has been very lucky to have parents who place so much importance in the enjoyment of food, drink, culture and company. The dining table has always played a pivotal role in family holidays and occasions, with travels to many regions of France, Spain and Italy no doubt playing a part in the shaping of an ever developing gastronomic curiosity.

Verity McLugash - RESTAURANT MANAGER

 

Verity is seamlessly able to provide guests with a bespoke, sincere and welcoming dining experience. Her excellent communication and organisation skills make her a valued team player, whilst her experience in industry enables her to remain calm under pressure when leading one. Having always been a natural host, Verity is able to make every guest feel like a valued friend or family. Following on from her time at the Capital in Knightsbridge, Verity approaches all of her professional experiences with an excellence-driven and mature manner.

Marte Martin  - MARKETING MANAGER

 

Marte has been working in hospitality from the young age of 14. Dutch by nationality, growing up on a small organic farm in South West Wales and having lived in Barcelona Marte has experienced many different cultures which has deepened her love of food. 

 

Marte's passion is travelling. Before studying Marte backpacked throughout South America and South East Asia for 1 year. This has hugely influenced her culinary taste, Indonesian being one of her favourite foods. 

Rachel Graham - FINANCIAL MANAGER

Rachel has always been interested in food and discovering foods from different cultures. Working in food and beverage since the age of 16 and travelling extensively, has increased her love for new foods and cultures. Her favourite country that she has visited is Japan and she loves sushi!

CASSIE HUGHES  - HR MANAGER

 

Cassie loves being part of a team and working with all sorts of people. She first got into Hospitality from a very young age and has loved it every since. After working in America for a year it has given her an enthusiasm for travelling and discovering new cultures. Her love of food has taken her to do many cookery courses around the world, from learning about fish in Devon to cooking traditional Vietnamese food in Hoi An.
